I would like to emphasize to you and your associates SpanTech's commitment to our customers' success. SpanTech has four Customer Service support functions to assist your company in maintaining dependable conveyors for transporting your products.

Field Service Group

  • Provides conveyor inspections on a regularly-scheduled basis.
  • Provides quick-response field service work for warranty or non-warranty repairs.
  • Offers preventive maintenance service contracts for maintaining reliable, trouble-free Designer System® products.
  • Provides our comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Manual and Troubleshooting Guide.

Spare Parts Program

  • SpanTech's dedicated Spare Parts department means personal attention and prompt delivery of spare parts orders.

Research And Development Group

  • Engineers are available to study and provide solutions for the most complex issues in the conveyor industry. Product testing is available to establish system capabilities.

Design And Estimating Group

  • Design engineers, using Navigator® and Estimator® software, are available to quickly provide system modifications and estimates to assist your product engineers.
