Tackle tricky angles, product orientation and elevation change with a smaller footprint.
Topper Lift
We have created units that operate at 70+ degrees. How do we do it?
The topper lift can use the same belt above and below the product, with a combination of high-friction and conventional chain types. The upper chain drapes down and rides on the lower transport conveyor, acting as a moving top keeper and allowing a much steeper angle of incline or decline.
Features
-
The steep angles achievable with the topper lift result in a compact footprint.
-
Maintains product orientation
-
Generally, the thinner the product, the steeper the angle can be.
