Wedge

You can see the wedge in motion, but you probably won’t hear it. The almost-silent unit is designed with all-mechanical movement, grabbing products on the sides and sending them on their way.

Don’t have much floor space? It’s not a concern for the compact wedge units. Plus, they come in two designs to accommodate many product types.

The two types of wedge conveyors include:

• Best for lightweight products such as bottles, smaller cartons and irregularly shaped products

MultiSpan

• Best for heavier products such as rectangular cartons, cylindrical containers and non-cylindrical containers
