Low Profile Idler This slim-design idler can eliminate the need for transfer devices at the conveyor infeed or discharge. It moves product as small as 4 1/2 inches without stalling or using a transfer bridge and can be retrofitted to existing conveyors.

Intermediate Drive Unit
This allows our Low Profile Idlers to be used at both ends of a conveyor. The minimum length for the straight bed sections is only 26 inches, and the placement of the gearmotor at the intermediate drive eliminates the need to allow motor space at the conveyorend.

Hollow Shaft Mount
Our typical conveyors are powered by helical-worm gearmotors with a hollowshaft mount, facilitating maintenance and removal/replacement. The hollow shaft is keyed to one end of the drive shaft, and a torque arm bracket secures the motor.

Gearmotor
This series of helical-worm hollowshaft gearmotors is high-performing and reliable, even in the toughest operating conditions. A wide variety of sizes, voltages and ratios is available.

Variable Frequency Drive
These provide complete control of startup, acceleration, running speed, deceleration and stoppage. They can be built into the conduit box of the conveyor’s gearmotor.
