Options

Traffic Cop
The traffic cop automatically merges two lanes of product into a single lane of output regardless of whether their sizes/weights are uniform or not. It operates without sensing devices, I/O components or powered automation.

Drip Tray
Drip trays are available for custom design or fitting to individual applications.

Vinyl Under Guarding
Vinyl under guarding is made of yellow vinyl with a plastic 3/8" diameter rod. The rod fits into the brackets, eliminating the need for precise grommet holes. Two snaps at the idler end fasten to the idler bracket, and two snaps at the drive end fasten to the drive bracket.

Sidewalls
Sidewalls are available for custom design or fitting to individual applications.

Clean Out Holes
Clean out holes are used when sanitation is a very high priority. They allow for better access to the inside of the conveyor bed for effectiveness and less time-consuming washdown.

Pushers/Stops
These eject specific product from the main conveyor flow. They are ideal for product sorting and palletizing, or simply as a product reject system. The rugged construction is suitable even for very heavy products.

Bump Rotate
This is a simple and effective way to change product orientation during the transport cycle, for any operation that requires a specific orientation coming off the line. It uses tabs that can be placed on either side of the conveyor, that when impacted by the product rotate it 90 degrees.

Food Industry Option Package
Our conveyors can be outfitted with this special gearmotor package with encapsulated inverter-duty stator, encapsulated conduit box and stainless steel components.
