Laner
Our reliable laners auto-sort your random product into lanes.they typically achieve flow rates in the range of 700 to 800 products per minute, and they only use mechanical means to move the product – no sensors are used.

Vertical Switch
Our vertical switch can be used to discharge product at multiple elevations. It has a compact design and can be slave-driven from the conveyor or independently powered depending on your configuration.

Power Divert
This is especially useful for non-rigid items, such as bagged product. It is also valuable for applications with a limited conveyor length, where a standard, stationary divert rail (with a lesser angle of deflection) would be too long to fit.

Lift Gate
When personnel or equipment require access to the interior of a closed conveyor loop, a lift gate can be the solution. It is a counterweighted or spring-loaded conveyor section, hinged to allow it to be raised and lowered as needed.

Chain Washer
Our clean-in-place chain washer is a built-in, enclosed unit designed to reduce the labor and downtime required to clean conveyor chain. It is capable of removing difficult materials such as dried-on icings, glazes, batters, toppings and fillings.

Metal Detector
Our conveyors can be equipped with custom state-of-the-art metal detectors, offering reliable protection against contamination by both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Metal detector-equipped conveyors are suited for applications in the food, pharmaceutical and other industries.

Underwater Conveyor
This customized system carries trays of heated adhesive into and through a water bath – integral to the conveyor line – for the purpose of rapid cooling. No diverts, transfers or automation are used.

Twisted Conveyor
