Standard Chain Types
 |
PLN chain:
The WhisperTrax CU-PLN double curving conveyor with plain chain is ideal for transporting packaged items through a double turn. The tight knit of the chain lattice provides a smooth base for large or small products, and offers the tightest turning radius in the industry. |

MSG chain:
The WhisperTrax CU-MSG double curving conveyor features 75mm left and right guides molded into the side links. These “Moving Side Guides” provide positive retention of products during transportation. This chain style is often indicated where the product to be moved might get tangled in conventional guide rails. |

RAS chain:
The WhisperTrax CU-RAS double curving conveyor with raised chain can transfer products as small as 1.5 inches (38.1mm) in diameter, when used with a finger transfer. Raised top chain can also be used to reduce the area of contact between chain and product, increasing airflow. |
