Standard Chain Types

PHF chain:

The WhisperTrax ID-PHF incline/decline conveyor with plain high friction Santoprene chain is ideal for transporting flexible packaged items. The tight knit and non-skid surface of the chain lattice provide a high friction flush surface for products as they are transported in inclining and declining operations.

RHF chain:

The WhisperTrax ID-RHF incline/decline conveyor with raised high friction Santoprene chain is used for rigid objects. The conveyor can handle objects as small as 1.5 inches (38.1mm) in diameter, when used in conjunction with a finger transfer.

MSG chain:

The WhisperTrax ID-MSG incline/decline conveyor features 75mm left and right guides molded into the side links of the chain. These “Moving Side Guides” provide positive retention of products during transportation. This chain style is often indicated where the product to be moved might get tangled in conventional guide rails.

PSC chain:

The WhisperTrax ID-PSC incline/decline conveyor with 50mm pusher cleat chain features a series of vertical cleats arranged in rows across the width of the chain. Pusher Cleats can be spaced at any 25mm interval. This type of conveyor is used where no side rails are required and the product is inherently stable on just the conveyor chain.

PMS chain:

The WhisperTrax ID-PMS incline/decline conveyor utilizes chain with 50mm pusher cleats and moving side guides to form a pocket within the chain bed. This model is effective in containing a product on the conveyor without the use of side rails. This type of chain is normally used when transporting bulk product on inclines and declines.

SMS chain:

The WhisperTrax ID-SMS incline/decline conveyor utilizes chain with 50mm scoop cleats and moving side guides to form a pocket within the chain bed. This model is effective in containing a product on the conveyor without the use of side rails, even when transporting bulk product at more aggressive inclining or declining angles.
